Barre & Pilates

This barre class will get your heart rate up, while working the whole body. Designed for all levels, this barre class is made up of isometric exercises to strengthen and tone all major muscle groups. As we work, we will incorporate stretching and strengthening moves to create long lean muscles.
*This class can accommodate only 14 students. Pre-registration is recommended.
Flexibility and core strength fuse together in the class to give students the best of both Yoga and Pilates. Students can expect to gain extra strength in the core muscles and improve overall flexibility. Options are offered through the class. This class is appropriate for all levels of practitioners.
