Interested in what lies beyond the physical yoga practice? Our Intro to Yoga Philosophy Series is for you! You’ll dive into a brief history of yoga and Patanjali’s Eight Limbs. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of living your yoga both on and off of your mat!
Each week you’ll move through an all levels yoga practice, including breathwork and meditation, and have a lecture and discussion on yoga history and philosophy.
No prior yoga experience is required.
This workshop is for all levels and is intentionally welcoming for new students. Students who take part in this workshop may experience some of the following benefits:
