Jennifer Jakubosky

Jennifer first fell in love with movement as a child participating in dance and gymnastics. She recognized this familiar freedom of expression when she took her first yoga class. Reconnecting with the breath and the body allowed her to get in touch with a movement that had been forgotten.


In the same passionate spirit of her inner child, Jennifer jumped head first into yoga, receiving her 500 RYT with Anne Howard-Follenbach. She is a committed student, having experienced firsthand the growth and healing which can be attained through a disciplined practice. The desire to explore the roots of yoga took Jennifer across Asia, including an extended time in India, where she participated in numerous silent meditation retreats.

She is trained in the Mastery Method through the Institute for Coaching Mastery and now offers Yoga Mentorship to students looking for profound transformation on and off the mat. Her desire is to serve others and help everyone access mindfulness in their everyday. Through this practice we can experience inner joy and peace one breath at a time.
