Sarah Pak

Sarah began practicing yoga more than 20 years ago and through her practice, she discovered the calm and restorative effect of yoga in addition to the physical benefits. After studying the philosophy of yoga, she decided to deepen her practice so that she could share the benefits of yoga with others. 


Sarah received her 200RYT certification with Yoga Alliance after completing her 200 hour Veda del Soul YTT training with Village Yoga. She also holds a 50 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training certification with Bernie Clark & Diana Batts. Her primary teachers have been Charlee Austin with Village Yoga, and Emily Straight in Alexandria, VA. 

When teaching yoga, Sarah invites her students to experience both the physical benefits of yoga as well as the restorative power of yoga on both the mind and body through movement, music, and mindfulness. 

When she’s off the mat, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves to walk the beach with her husband and dog, is an avid reader, and enjoys gardening, photography, kayaking & paddleboarding.
