Connecting to the Love Untamed
This training focuses on lunar methods and sequencing for connecting with feminine form, intuition and lifeforce.
We will discuss and practice around the 20 key elements of Tantra, Ayurveda, Birther/Dancer forms, rasa (emotions as portal), yin/restorative forms, sexual energy, elemental Therapeutic Dance and the concept Shakti (feminine power) as a gateway into universal power, creativity and healing. in this training, you will deepen your understanding of the feminine roots of yoga, the “her-story” of pranathana (yoga that emerges out of the body). For men and women alike, this is a ground-breaking training within the history and future of yoga. We will set aside patriarchal paradigms of practice, and enter into the adventure from the body upwards. Come prepared to deeply listen, feel and to leave with a new understanding of classical yogic terminology and practice.
