Find a comfortable seat with your legs extended out in front of you. *Knees may be slightly bent*
Inhale to sit up tall, and on an exhale slowly hinge forward from your hips. Allow your inhales to lengthen through your spine and allow your exhales to fold deeper. It may feel good to find rounding through your upper back.
To come out of this forward fold, slowly inhale drawing your hands up your legs as you begin to sit up straight.
