Amy started practicing yoga in 2011 as part of the Charm City Yoga community in Baltimore, Maryland. Initially drawn to the physical challenge of yoga, her own practice has continued to evolve both on and off the mat with the study of yoga’s philosophy and principles.
Amy completed her 200-hour Veda del Soul Yoga Teacher Training with Village Yoga in October 2022. She has a love of connecting mindfulness to movement with backgrounds in dance, road cycling & sprint triathlon and newly adopted hobbies of kayaking and golf.
Through teaching, she hopes to create a space for students to investigate their whole being and cultivate a lifelong yoga practice that will serve them through ever-changing body and life circumstances.
Amy resides in Maryland with her husband, Chris and two of the best kitties in the universe, Bailey & Monty.
